Email us within 14 days of delivery and we swap your size if it is in stock. We pay to ship the new size to you, once per order.

Premium heavyweight brushed fleece, 380 to 400 gsm, cotton rich, with a double layer hood and thick rib on the hoodies. Final weight and blend confirmed on our sample.

By the ship by date we post before preorders open. It's on the product page and in your order email. If it ever changes, we email you the day we know.

If we ship more than 30 days after the ship by date, you can cancel for a full refund. Alberta law gives that right, and we honour it everywhere.

Yes, any time before preorders close. Email us with your order number and we refund you in full.

Not yet. They are concept previews of the designs. Real photos of the samples replace them as soon as we have them.
