Shipping and returns
Small brand, small runs. Here's how it works.
Shipping
We ship from Medicine Hat, Alberta, with Canada Post. Every order is tracked.
- Where
- Anywhere in Canada. Not the US or overseas yet.
- Preorders
- Made to order. Preorders close on a date we post soon and ship by a date we post before they open.
- Time
- After we ship, usually 1 to 7 business days in Canada. December is slower.
- Cost
- Shipping details come with preorders. You see it before you pay.
- Local pickup
- Free local pickup in Medicine Hat. We email you a time and a public place to meet. Never a home address.
- Tax
- Vienne isn't registered for GST/HST yet, so there's no sales tax.
The Right Size Promise
Email us within 14 days of delivery and we swap your size if it is in stock. We pay to ship the new size to you, once per order. Items must be unworn, not laundered, with the tags on. You pay shipping back to us.
Returns
In stock items can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund to your original payment method. Same condition rules. Shipping costs aren't refunded.
Preorders
- Cancel any time before preorders close for a full refund. Just email us.
- After delivery, preorders can be exchanged for size if we have your size. They can't be returned for a refund once shipped, unless they arrive damaged or wrong.
- If we ship more than 30 days after the ship by date, you can cancel for a full refund. Alberta law gives this right on online orders over $50. We honour it on every order.
- If we know we'll be late, we email you before the ship by date with the new date and the option to cancel.
Damaged or wrong item
Email us a photo within 7 days of delivery. We'll replace it or refund you, shipping included.
