Terms

Placeholder. The full terms come from Shopify's template at launch. This short version sits on top of it.

• Who you're buying from. Vienne, a partnership in Medicine Hat, Alberta. Contact: vienneclothing2010@gmail.com.
• Prices. In Canadian dollars. No sales tax yet. Shipping is shown at checkout before you pay.
• Preorders. You pay when you order. We make the run after preorders close and ship by the ship by date. If we're more than 30 days late, you can cancel for a full refund.
• Photos. Until we have photos of the real samples, product images are concept previews, and they're labelled.
• Mistakes. If a price or detail is clearly wrong, we email you before shipping and you can cancel for a full refund.
• Order limits. We may limit how many of one piece a person can buy, so a small run reaches more people.
• Our designs. The Vienne name, logo and designs belong to Vienne. Please don't copy them.
• The law. These terms follow the laws of Alberta and Canada. Nothing here takes away your rights under consumer protection law.
